At Martha’s Vineyard, our coastal Pembrokeshire location gives us direct access to some of the finest produce in Wales. With rich farmland across the county and a working waterfront at our door, we proudly showcase ingredients grown, caught and crafted right here in our county.

Our menus feature Welsh beef, tender Welsh lamb, and the freshest local seafood – from lobster landed on Milford Docks by Danny Curtis to Atlantic Edge oysters from Jake in Angle. Even our chips have a story: they’re made in-house using potatoes grown just five miles away by the Hayman family at Norton Farm, home to some of the finest Pembrokeshire potatoes in the UK. You’ll also find comforting pub classics, cooked with care and a commitment to quality.
